Established in 2000, Windermere alpacas has grown from 2 pregnant females and 2 wethers to now over 100 alpacas.

Our alpaca breeding programme is founded on well established and proven blood lines including:
Huacaya: Purrumbete Highlander, Purrembete Brigantine, Purrumbete Inti, LLR Peruvian Auzengate, Cedar House Peru Accoyo Jacomo
Suri: Peruvian Senator
Our 48 hectare farm is situated in the south of the South Island, 10 minutes south west of Milton, just off the main road to Central Otago and is 50 minutes south of Dunedin. As well as stock, we have fleece and spun yarn for sale. We welcome visitors, but please call first to arrange a time.
