Why should I pay for a premium service?

Your listing will be more visible, making it easier for searchers to find your listing. Depending on your selected premium service, your search rank will increase, making your listing appear first, before lower ranked listings.

Your listing will receive additional categories and keywords, making your listing visible in a wider search.

By paying for a premium service, you are supporting both 2CU and CWET to continue providing the New Zealand community an easy to use search of businesses and community based organisation.

How can I sign up for a premium service?

If a business or organisation already has a listing on 2CU then all you have to do is search for it, hit the upgrade button on your listing and follow the simple on screen instructions.

If a business or organisation doesn't have a listing already on 2CU, then you can create one by clicking here. You will have the opportunity to upgrade your listing.

How safe are my credit card details?

2CU uses the ASB Bank Cardpay to process all credit card orders. ASB Cardpay uses the same industry standard encryption banks around the world use to ensure that your credit cards are very safe. If you have any further questions, please contact our team.

What are the payment options?

Payment options include Visa & Mastercard, Bank Deposit, and Cheque. Payment method can be selected when ordering a premium service. Your premium service will be activated once payment has been confirmed and accepted.

What about invoices?

A GST receipt will be mailed out to you via post once your order has been processed and accepted. Please allow 7 working days to receive GST receipt.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed and accepted 2CU is not obliged to provide a refund for change-of-mind. However, refunds are available if 2CU refuses a Premium Service request due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions at 2CU’s discretion.

Who owns the data on 2CU?

The data itself is held by New Zealand Community Web Enhancement Trust (CWET). 2CU makes no claim to any of the data provided by any of the listings and should we receive written evidence that any of the data is private, inaccurate or subject to copyright legislation the team will review that data immediately with a view to removing it from the CWET database.
